Scale Home Service Partners LLC, doing business as SCALE ("SCALE," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit letsscalefast.com, schedule a call, attend an event, use our services, or communicate with us.

We may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, job title, business information, appointment details, event registration details, payment-related information handled by our payment providers, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
When you use our website, we and our service providers may collect device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, and interaction data through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our website, coaching, events, and related services.
- Schedule appointments and respond to questions or requests.
- Process registrations and transactions through service providers.
- Send administrative notices, appointment information, and service communications.
- Send marketing emails or text messages where permitted by law and, for text messages, only where the required consent has been obtained.
- Protect our services, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages, operate our systems, provide customer support, or meet legal and security obligations. All other categories of information sharing described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Our contact form and other enrollment flows offer two separate SMS consent checkboxes, unchecked by default: one for transactional messages (replies to inquiries, appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, and service notifications) and one for marketing messages (event announcements, offers, and promotions). Checking one box does not enroll you in the other program, and consent to either is collected separately from and is never a condition of purchase or service. We maintain timestamped records of opt-in actions and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable CTIA guidelines. 4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that support hosting, scheduling, analytics, communications, payments, security, and business operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising except as described through cookie or analytics tools and subject to applicable choices.
5. Scheduling and third-party services
Our contact page links to Calendly for appointment scheduling, and our website may link to other services such as payment platforms, dashboards, or event tools. Information submitted directly to those services is also governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting information.
6. Cookies and analytics
We may use necessary, analytics, and functionality cookies to operate the site and understand performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functions.
7. Data retention

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email and from marketing texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing.

10. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for business owners and professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
