Terms & SMS Terms

These Terms of Use and SMS Terms ("Terms") govern your access to letsscalefast.com and your interactions with Scale Home Service Partners LLC, doing business as SCALE ("SCALE," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted systems, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of others.

2. Services, coaching, and events

Information on this website describes SCALE coaching, memberships, events, and related resources. Specific services, pricing, schedules, eligibility, refund terms, and deliverables may be governed by a separate written agreement, order form, registration page, or event policy. If there is a conflict, the more specific agreement controls.

3. No guarantee of business results

Business growth depends on many factors outside our control. Examples, frameworks, testimonials, and operator experiences are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee revenue, profit, enterprise value, or any other result. You remain responsible for business decisions and implementation.

4. Intellectual property

The website and its text, graphics, branding, videos, training materials, processes, and other content are owned by SCALE or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly authorized, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or create derivative works from this content.

5. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or embed third-party services, including scheduling, payment, dashboard, and event platforms. Those services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

6. SCALE SMS program terms

Transactional messages

Transactional messages relate to an inquiry, appointment, or service you have requested, such as replies to a contact form submission, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, and event or account notifications. You join this part of the program by checking the transactional-messages consent box on a SCALE form, such as the contact form, or by completing another documented enrollment flow that presents this disclosure.

Marketing messages

Marketing messages include event announcements, special offers, and promotions from SCALE. You join this part of the program only by taking a separate, affirmative opt-in action presented with marketing SMS disclosure language, such as checking the dedicated marketing-messages consent box. Scheduling a call, making a purchase, or opting in to transactional messages does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchase or service.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies by program and by your interactions with SCALE, up to 4 messages per month for marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data terms govern any charges.

Opt out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any SCALE text message. STOP cancels the specific program that sent the message; if you are enrolled in both transactional and marketing messages and want to cancel both, reply STOP to a message from each program, or email us. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control. Our program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers.

Eligibility and number ownership

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. If you change or deactivate your number, please notify us so it can be removed from our records.

SMS privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Compliance

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and applicable carrier requirements.

7. Electronic communications

When you contact us electronically, schedule a call, or enroll in communications, you consent to receive related communications electronically. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent requirements and opt-out rights.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCALE and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the website.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SCALE harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
